Zenchii's single Iced out gap filler is setting the trend and custom made to fit. We use solid 10k or 18k white, yellow or rose gold with the option of different diamond clarity. The diamonds are set Pave' style and are 1.25mm in diameter.

Please use the diagram below as reference to choose your tooth position (Ex: (LU1) Left Upper 1 or (LL1) Left Lower 1.

All products are supplied with a luxury Zenchii jewellery box. Inside the box will be your product, authenticity card and Zenchii jewellery cloth, Giving you the best experience.

This product is guaranteed for LIFE - ZENCHII will replace or repair the item should you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage.

Choose your Single Gold Teeth, Full Gold Grillz or Diamond grillz design from our categories. We have lots of designs for you to choose from. Select your gold options on the product page and add as many as you wish to order in the Qty section.
When ordering single teeth please fill the tooth position field in the product options with the description of which tooth you want made. For example: Canine on my left or second tooth on my right. Always count from the middle of your mouth towards the side (right or left).

After you place your order

  1. We will send you a confirmation email containing all information and instructions regarding your grillz.
  2. You will receive 2x mould kits ( do both moulds in case 1 in not usable) along with all the written instructions on how to use it and how to take the mould of your teeth. Also we will attach a video in the confirmation email that will help to guide you. Mould kits will take 2 working days to arrive once order is placed. Delivery times for international order will vary depending on the courier and local post office delivery times.
  3. Now that you received the mould kits please follow all the instructions carefully so the moulds come out correct. If in doubt or something went wrong with your mould process please contact us and we will send another one but 2 mould kits should be fine. Please note that 2 mould kits are included with your order. If you need more then 2 you can purchase some extra from our Extras section.
  4. After completing your moulds, there will be a prepaid returns slip that you stick back onto the postal bag once complete. Make sure postal bag is securely tapped shut. Please send them back to us, wrapped securely in the box provided.

We receive your moulds

As soon as we receive the moulds back from you we will check them for any errors, especially the gum line. We need them to be as accurate as possible so we can guarantee the fit of your items and we don't want to leave this to guess work.

Once inspected and ready you will receive a confirmation email with the order status Processing. That means that your moulds are fine and we have started making your items.

Your Grillz are complete

It takes one week for us to make the plain gold teeth and gold grillz and two weeks for the ones with diamonds.

As soon as we finish making your items we will post them back to you for next day delivery, signed for. You will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number. Use your tracking number provided to you to see when the estimated delivery slot is. Track Order.

Shipping information

  • Please note that during busy periods shipping times may be affected and you may have to check with your preferred courier as to their deadlines.
  • We offer tracked delivery (select it at checkout)
  • All orders are shipped directly from our UK warehouse within 24 hours of the order being placed Monday-Friday.
  • Orders received on weekdays before 15:30 GMT will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after this time will be sent the next day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped out Monday.
  • All custom orders take 4-5 weeks for production and delivery.
  • The estimated shipping time begins from the day your order is despatched.
  • Please note that we are unable to make any changes or cancellations once the order has been placed. Once the order has arrived, please contact us on support@zenchii.com if you have any questions.

Customs Fees

We are not responsible for any import or custom fees associated with your order, please check with your country’s regulations to see if there will be any additional costs. This includes any import fees for orders sent with Free Express shipping.

Late or lost orders

When placing your order please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as ZENCHII take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or if requested to leave with neighbour or an outbuilding.

Any order discrepancies relating to missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at support@zenchii.com. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (25 working days for international items) - this is when Royal Mail classes items as being lost.

Items not received but tracking shows they have been delivered

This may happen when items are sent to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it. In these cases, you can request a proof of delivery certificate from the Royal Mail website by filling in a signature request form.

Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.

Why was my order cancelled?

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are sure that that is not the case, please ensure the billing address matches the payment method you are using, and checkout again. Alternatively, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com.

Countries we don’t ship to

Unfortunately we cannot ship to all countries. We are unable to ship to:

  • Russia
  • Morocco

Returns

We offer a 14 day exchange or refund guarantee. This 14 day window begins after an order has arrived with the customer.

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund/exchange lost returns.

Orders sent back to the warehouse after the 14 day exchange or refund window has passed will be returned to the customer.

How do I request an exchange or refund?

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn (apart from trying on).
  • All tags and packaging must be included.

Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible.

Exchange Policy

You may exchange your purchase within 14 days of the items arriving. Please note all items must be unworn with original packaging in order to receive an exchange.

We will send the first exchange from our warehouse for free. For any subsequent exchanges, we will ask you to pay the cost of delivery.

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any exchanges. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot exchange lost returns.

    Refund Policy

    We will refund your order to the original payment method once it has been processed at the warehouse.

    • Please be aware this can take 3-10 days after the order arriving. You will be notified once a refund has been made.
    • We are unable to refund purchases to a different payment method than the one used to purchase the items.

    Faulty items

    • A description of the problem
