Are your products made out of real gold?

We offer both 10k/14k/18k Solid Gold and 18k PVD Gold Plated. The highest quality plating available.

Our products are made out of highest quality materials, including a lead/nickel free Brass base and then 5 times PVD plated in microns of 18k gold.

All our products excluding solid gold include a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Meaning if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it unworn and in the same condition as you received it within 7 days of your delivered order.

ALL SOLID GOLD ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND THEREFORE ALL SOLID GOLD SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

How much does your solid gold jewellery cost?

We have solid gold pieces starting at £120 and up.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept every major credit and debit card including Visa, Mastercard, Split payments of 4 through Clearpay and PayPal.

Clearpay allows you to split the cost of your order in 4 equal no-interest payments. The first payment is due at the time of your order, then you will be automatically charged each month after for the remaining 3 payments. To chose one of these payment option, simply checkout as normal, and once prompted on the checkout page, select Clearpay.

How much is shipping?

We offer (2/3 working day) delivery which is a free option for all orders. Next day delivery anywhere in the UK is £5 (order must be placed before 4pm). Saturday delivery for £7.50. 

How long does shipping and processing take?

Standard delivery within the UK is handled via Royal Mail and takes on average 2/3 business days after processing (1 day). Express delivery (next working day) orders must be placed before 4pm to receive your order the following day.

International shipping is handled via USPS First Class International and takes anywhere from 14-21 business days.

How do I know when my order has shipped?

You will automatically receive an email and sms with tracking information once your order has been processed. Keep in mind processing may take 1 business day. If you did not receive an email, check your spam folder and ensure that the email you provided us was in fact correct.

What is your Return / Exchange Policy?

We offer an 100% satisfaction guarantee, if you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it for a full refund or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order assuming it is in the same new condition as received.

What is your Lifetime Warranty?

We also offer an industry leading Lifetime Warranty, our lifetime warranty covers the following: fading, broken chain, broken clasp, missing stones. If any of these occur, then we will replace it for free. Proof of purchase such as order number, store receipt, or certificate of authenticity is required to submit a warranty claim. We do not cover for lost or stolen items under the lifetime warranty.

To open a Lifetime Warranty Claim for a purchase made at a retail store, please email us at support@zenchii.com with a photo of proof of purchase and the damaged product. If you do not have proof of purchase, we cannot offer the lifetime warranty. No exceptions can be made.
